| A: | Dream Garage USA is designed for the discriminating collector who is as selective in his choice of exotic automobiles as he is in where he houses his priceless collection. Dream Garage suites are not a “one-size-fits-all,” or communal storage facility. In fact, Dream Garage suites can be custom-designed to appeal to the owner’s lifestyle, interests and passions. The group will be the premier facilities where exotic, rare and luxury automobile collectors enjoy the highest standards in automotive housing. |
| Q: | Where are Dream Garage USA facilities located? |
| A: | The flagship Dream Garage USA facility is located in Dallas, Texas. Ground breaking for the building began in September 2007 with construction completion in Spring 2008. Additional locations are currently being negotiated, however no public announcements have been made.
All Dream Garage facilities will be conveniently located in major metropolitans and key destination cities where demographics and the demand for Dream Garage USA facilities can be supported. Projected cities for Dream Garage developments include:

| Q: | Can a car collector lease a suite at a Dream Garage location? |
| A: | Dream Garage offers both ownership and corporate lease opportunities to meet a person or company's needs. Please contact Jack Griffin at (214) 443-4460 for details. |
| Q: | Can Dream Garage USA suites be customized? |
| A: | Absolutely. Owners are encouraged to design their suites to reflect their personality and interests and to make them and their collection feel ‘at home.’ The suites may be designed personally, with an outside designer, or through a Dream Garage consultant. |
| Q: | What is the square footage of the suites? |
| A: | Dream Garage suites will start at just over 1,000 square feet with a 18 ft. ceiling height to accommodate lifts or viewing lofts. Demising walls will not be built until a suite is sold, making the suite sizes flexible so it can be customized to the tastes of the owner. |

| Q: | Will Dream Garage USA facilities include related shopping? |
| A: | Yes. Each facility will include a Retail-Flex building with businesses that cater to the needs of Dream Garage USA suite owners. For example, retail centers may include paint & body and detail shops, high-end auto repair, electronic installation technicians, parts and performance retailers, etc. Whether an independent or franchise company, each business will represent the highest in quality service and products that is expected from Dream Garage owners. |

| A: | Yes. A high-end auto repair shop specializing in luxury and collectible automobiles will be at the heart of each Dream Garage USA facility. |
| Q: | What level of security will be available for Dream Garage USA suite owners? |
| A: | Dream Garage will take as much care of owners’ collection as they do. That means each facility will include the latest security technology and highest level of safety standards possible. A single point of entry, security cameras and a high tech security access gate will make access secure. In addition, individual suite alarms (independently monitored) will be available. |
